7.1 COGNITIVE RESTRUCTURING

Cognitive restructuring mainly involves changing the thinking process and making it more rational and positive.

The individual will have to rationalise with oneself that just one mistake is not the end of the world and that such mistakes happen sometimes and he/she has much more potentialities and just this mistake does not mean that he/she is good for nothing or inadequate.

7.2 TIME MANAGEMENT

Time management basically involves making the best use of the time that one has. It also includes planning, controlling the waste of time, implementation of various techniques to managing time as well as carrying out evaluation that can help one improve.

  1. Prioritisation :-  Involves listing tasks and responsibilities according to their priority or how important and urgent they are carried out. ABC rank order method. Where A is assigned to urgent task, B to take with moderate urgency, C to least urgent.
