8.1 INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Interpersonal skills will help in developing positive relationships with other individual and thus could lead lesser conflicts and positive communication of this could less stress.

  1. Effective communication:-  There are necessarily two parties in the communication process who have the ability to convey the information as well as listen. 1). Open feedback, 2). Paying attention to non verbal behaviour, 3). Managing communication barries.
  2. Personal space :- Personal space termed as an imaginary bubble around an individual, that denotes the distance that the individual is comfortable when interacting with others. And thus bubble has three walls, the inner wall, middle wall, outer wall.
