1) Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Communication Engineering or Electronics from a honored University or Institute or,
2) Associate Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication mastermind or Associate member of the Institution of masterminds.
3) M.Sc. in Electronics or Telecommunication or Information Technology or Computer Science or original from a honored University or All India Council for Technical Education approved Institution.
4) Desirable- Possession of NCC- “B” or “C” Certificate.
